• Required Proof: Show your payment confirmation, gift link, Discord username, account email, claiming process, subscription page, and Nitro credits. For revocations, also provide a screenshot of the official revoke email.
• No Recording = No Replacement/Refund. Incomplete, edited, unclear, or invalid proof will be rejected. Screenshots alone are not sufficient.
• Mass Revocation: No replacement or refund if Nitro is revoked during a widespread mass-revoke wave.
• Credit Stacking: Do not stack more than 2 Nitro credits on one Discord account. Exceeding this limit voids the warranty.
• No Auto-Claim Warranty: All gift links are manually checked before delivery, but no auto-claim warranty is provided.
• Delayed Claims: Claim and verify your link promptly. If you are offline or delay claiming and the link expires, gets claimed, or is revoked before redemption, no replacement or refund will be provided.
• Final Rule: All claims require valid evidence and verification. Failure to provide the complete recording means no replacement or refund.
